HOW IT WORKS
A Property Manager can post a job and set a tender submission deadline on the portal. All contracts in the company's portal will get a notification that a job has been posted, and can access the portal to view the job details and submit their bids. Any new/additional vendors can be sent an invitation link to register and bid. You can add pictures, upload specs, and even schedule site visits with contractors. Board Members also have access to the portal and will get notified once a job has been posted. They can access the job details through the portal.
Property Managers and Board Members will receive notifications once bids are submitted by Vendors, but prices are hidden from ALL users until the submission deadline has passed. Property Managers and Board Members can only see the job details and can monitor which vendors have submitted their bids.
Once the deadline has passed, Property Managers and Board Members will receive an e-mail summarizing the bids/prices received for the job. They can log on to the portal to review each submission in detail.
MEET TENDERLY
Tenderly was created through input from a group of Board Members and Property Management Service Providers in the Condominium Industry. They together identified the need to create transparency and give Board Members more access and control over the bidding process in an efficient way.
Our vision is to create efficiency and transparency to the Condominium Management Industry, and to build trust between Management Companies, Boards, Unit Owners and Vendors. In the process, we have created fair bidding opportunities for vendors, and have give better access to pricing for Corporations.
Our system is designed to provide security and transparency for all parties involved in the tendering process. Its design makes it simple for all users to navigate with little to no training required. Our technical support team is always available to help user navigate the system.
